With renewal of the Egyptian constitution
Let’s start with the one I think is one of the most people affecting the renewal decision.
Judge Mohammad el dakrory…….not known as a politician but known to be mubarak’s law consultant…..he was chosen by mubarak as the lawyer who introduced mubarak’s papers for presidential nominations in 2005, after that he was chosen after the ending of the 2005 parliamentary elections as one of the 10 peoples named by the president at the parliament…..he is considered as one of the closest consultants of mubarak in line with zakaria azmy-director of President Mubarak's office- after the declining of the role of osama el baz-the political consultant of the president- and safwat al sharif & kamal el shazly.
He was chosen by the legalistion committee in the parliament to be the representative of the committee to answer every question about the renwed parts…he did that well at that mission and it was said that he had the upper hand in the committee even he isn’t the head of it
El dakrory with his mighty law-tailor ability by suiting the law for what he wants and what the regime in Egypt needs deserved the first place in my list….
The second in my black list is professor hammed fatty sorrow he is the head of the Egyptian parliament since 1991 up till now he is known for his ability to manage the parliament for the sake of the party of the president that he belongs to…he doesn’t only have this ability but also he is known to be a one of the best lawmakers for his great experience….he even not having a great contribution in the 2007 renewal but he will have a major role in bypassing the renewed parts with the weapons of mass destruction to the individual’s freedom hidden in the new parts specially paragraph number 179 about the terrorism fighting law which will known to be worse than the emergency law .
Professor amal Othman is one of the most important characters in Mubarak’s regime
She was-for many years- the minister of the social affairs in Egypt after…..she was one of the best law-tailors in Egypt….and to prove her importance for mubarak’s regime in we saw in the 2005 parliamentary elections that she was a nominee….and after the declaration of the winning of her opontnent in everywhere even it the news about her loss was published in the daily newspapers..Eventhough the final declaration of the results came out with her winning over her opponent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Her importance her come from being the head of the legalisation committee in the parliament that is responsible for drafting the modification of the new constitution
Which has in its membership el dakrory and professor ramzy el shaaer but I guess his importance isn’t as the former 3 importance
The importance of professor mofeed shehap comes not from his position as minister of the parliamentary affairs but from his great law experience……he was one the of the committee that prepared the Egyptian file about the right of Egypt in taba…so he liked to be called (shehap of taba) he was chosen as a Minster of higher education and scientific research in ebeid’s ministry
The last one is professor aly eldin helal he is known to be the political teacher of gamal mubarak his importance her comes from being the one who faces the media and with being a good politician and having the ability of convincing the people with what he wants…….and as a proof of his importance to the regime he was chosen as minster
Of youth in atef ebeid’s mintery….and after the disaster of loosing the nomination to host the football world cup 2010 –that would have put an end to his political career –
He kept his position at the national party and as a teacher of gamal so his importance also
Comes from influencing gamal’s opinion’s.
